Healing on the living room floor

Healing can start on the living room floor. You don’t need a perfect morning, a journal with a ribbon, or a version of you who already drinks enough water.
You do not have to piece yourself back together with tidy, perfect seams. The visible mend is still a mend.
If all you can do is lie down and watch the light move across the wall, that’s a beginning. If you can do more later, good. If you cannot, you’re still allowed here.
When the floor isn’t enough — when you need a trained voice, a crisis line, a plan — Help is in the nav on purpose. We’ll never pretend a sunset replaces that.
